Crawfish are live animals, and it is important to understand that some loss is inevitable. If the crawfish are not handled correctly, the number of losses can increase significantly. Because of this reason, we will not issue refunds due to dead loss. If you have any questions, we encourage you to ask us for guidance on the best practices for handling your crawfish.
Once an order is placed with our vendor, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of external factors such as inclement weather or unforeseen events. It is important to be aware of this restriction before submitting your order, as all sales are considered final upon placement with the vendor.
